خصوصية معلومات المستخدم:

حماية الخصوصية:
حتى نتمكن من مساعدتك في حماية معلوماتك فإننا نوصي بما يلي:
الاتصال بالدعم الفني عندما تظن أن شخصاً ما استطاع الحصول على كلمة السر الخاصة بك، أو رمز الاستخدام، أو الرقم السري، أو أي معلومات سرية أخرى
لا تزود معلومات سرية عبر الهاتف أو شبكة الإنترنت ما لم تعرف هوية الشخص أو الطرف المستقبل للمعلومة
استخدم متصفحا آمناً عند قيامك بإنجاز المعاملات عبر الإنترنت مع إغلاق التطبيقات غير المستخدمة على الشبكة، وتأكد من أن برنامج الحماية من الفيروسات محدث على الدوام.
توخي الحذر وعدم استخدام الشبكات العامة عند الدخول إلى أنظمتنا.
طبيعة المعلومات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها:
نقوم بجمع واستخدام معلومات بشكل عام عن الشركات والافراد والمؤسسات بالطرق المشروعة وذلك لتزويدك بأفضل الخدمات، ولا نقوم بالإطلاع ولا إستخدام بيانات او معلومات شركة او مؤسسة بعينها.
كيف نستعمل معلوماتك:
إن المعلومات التي تقدمها لشركة تكنولوجيا الغد المحدودة ستستخدم في تزويدك بالمنتجات والخدمات التي قمت بطلبها بالإضافة إلى غايات أخرى ذات علاقة قد تتضمن مثلا أبحاث السوق، ودراسة سلوك المستهلكين، ويتضمن علمك بذلك موافقتك عليها.
يخضع تفسير هذه السياسة لنظام حماية المستهلك في المملكة العربية السعودية، كما أن لشركة تكنولوجيا الغد المحدودة حصرًا حق تعديل هذه السياسات وعلى العميل متابعة التحديثات عليها عبر الموقع الرسمي لها.
Use and return policy:

The duration of the contract in all available packages is a full calendar year and is automatically renewed unless one of the other parties feels its desire not to renew 90 days before the expiry of the period.

FUTURETECH Company Limited under this contract provides any invoice system for registering and issuing electronic invoices and recording purchases with its notifications, and the services of FUTURETECH Company Limited under this contract are limited to providing software support without providing any parts or solid electronic tools unless there is a special agreement.

One of the parties to the contract has the right to terminate the contract, provided that the other party is informed of that ninety days before the last day of the service. The second party may request a backup copy of the input data if available, and this is in the event that the customer stores his entered data in the system.

FUTURETECH Company Limited is committed to providing the regular periodic maintenance of the system during the contract period. The original is that FUTURETECH Company Limited will handle the software faults within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the time of its real knowledge of the customer’s notification, and in the event of malfunctions occurring for reasons beyond the control of the FUTURETECH Company. Limited, it has the right to evaluate the duration of treatment and maintenance, and the customer must follow the official website of the company to be informed of its announcement.

The customer must secure the appropriate environment for the system to operate, and bear responsibility for the validity of the entered data and its consequences for the service provider, government agencies or others.

The customer (subscriber) is obligated to use the system correctly and provide the devices and requirements that enable him to use it optimally, and he must communicate with the technical support for proper training in its use in case he is unable to do so.

The two parties are obligated to preserve the secrets that they become acquainted with during the implementation of this contract, and they must refrain from disclosing any confidential information.

The value of the packages shall be paid in advance for a full year, and the customer (the subscriber), in case he wishes to cancel the contract or stop using the service, must inform FUTURETECH Co. Ltd. officially via EFATURAH@FUTURETECH-GROUP.COM 90 days before the requested cancellation date, and in case of breach of the period. mentioned, he must pay the full value of the notice period.
The interpretation of this policy is subject to the consumer protection system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and only FUTURETECH Co. Ltd. has the right to amend these policies and the customer should follow up on updates on their official website
سياسة الإستخدام والإسترجاع:
مدة العقد في كافة الباقات المتاحة سنة ميلادية كاملة ويتجدد تلقائياً مالم يشعر أحد الأطراف الآخر برغبته بعدم التجديد قبل انتهاء المدة ب 90 يوماً.

تقوم شركة تكنولوجيا الغد المحدودة بموجب هذا العقد بتوفير نظام اي فاتورة لتسجيل وإصدار الفواتير الالكترونية وتسجيل المشتريات مع إشعاراتها، وتنحصر خدمات شركة تكنولوجيا الغد المحدودة بموجب هذا العقد بتقديم الدعم البرمجي دون تقديم أي قطع أو أدوات إلكترونية صلبة ما لم يكن هناك اتفاق خاص.

يحق لأحد طرفي العقد الفسخ بشرط تبليغ الطرف الآخر بذلك قبل موعد آخر يوم للخدمة بتسعين يوما، ويجوز للطرف الثاني طلب نسخة احتياطية من بيانات الإدخال إذا توافرت ، وهذا يكون في حالة قيام العميل بتخزين البيانات المدخلة الخاصة به في النظام.
3.
تلتزم شركة تكنولوجيا الغد المحدودة بتقديم الصيانة الدورية الاعتيادية للنظام خلال فترة العقد، والأصل أن تقوم شركة تكنولوجيا الغد المحدودة بمعالجة الأعطال البرمجية خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 48 ساعة من وقت علمها الحقيقي ببلاغ العميل، وفي حال حدو ث أعطال لأسباب خارجة عن إرادة شركة تكنولوجيا الغد فإنه لها تقييم مدة المعالجة والصيانة و على العميل متابعة الموقع الرسمي للشركة للعلم بإعلانها عن ذلك.

يجب على العميل إبلاغ شركة تكنولويجا الغد المحدودة بالأعطال والتحديثات أو التعديلات على الخدمة الناشئة من قبله أو من قبل الجهات الحكومية أو الغير عبر البريد الإلكتروني التالي efaturah@futuretech-group.com
5.
يجب على العميل تأمين البيئة المناسبة لعمل النظام ، ويتحمل مسؤولية صحة البيانات المدخلة وتبعاتها من قبله تجاه مزود الخدمة أو الجهات الحكومية أو الغير.
6.
يلتزم العميل (المشترك) بالنظام بالاستعمال الصحيح وتوفير الأجهزة والمتطلبات التي تمكنه من استخدامه على الوجه الأمثل، كما أن عليه التواصل مع الدعم الفني للتدرب الصحيح على استعماله في حال لم يتمكن من ذلك.
7.
يلتزم الطرفان بالمحافظة على الأسرار التي يطلعون عليها أثناء تنفيذ هذا العقد، ويجب الامتناع عن الكشف عن أي معلومات سرية.
8.
تُدفع قيمة الباقات مقدما لسنة كاملة، وعلى العميل ( المشترك) في حال رغبته بإلغاء العقد او التوقف عن الانتفاع بالخدمة، إبلاغ شركة تكنولوجيا الغد رسميا عبر efaturah@futuretech-group.com قبل تاريخ الإلغاء المطلوب ب 90 يومًا، وفي حال إخلاله بالمدة المذكورة فإن عليه دفع قيمة مدة الإشعار كاملة.
9.
يخضع تفسير هذه السياسة لنظام حماية المستهلك في المملكة العربية السعودية، كما أن لشركة تكنولوجيا الغد المحدودة حصرًا حق تعديل هذه السياسات وعلى العميل متابعة التحديثات عليها عبر الموقع الرسمي لها.
